TODAY'S SCHOOL LESSON: You can break the law!

Apparently the DISD feel if they're needs are great enough they have the right to break the law. The DISD is having problems finding enough bi-lingual teachers so they propose to hire Illegal Aliens! Obviously, governmental needs out way the law.
