DallasBlog- If (as expected) Rudy Giuliani decides to run for the Republican nomination for President in 2008, he won't be starting from zero here in Texas. The former Mayor of New York has some prominent Texas Republicans already on his team. His chief of staff is former Dallas insurance executive Rudi GiulianiRoy Bailey who also served as Finance Chairman for the Texas Republican Party in the mid-90s.
